Location

Chauvel Park bed and breakfast is located 75 km east of Tenterfield and 55 km west of Casino on the Bruxner Highway. We are located on the edge of the village of Tabulam on twelve acres of beautiful rural land that has eight hundred metres of Clarence River frontage.

There is easy access from the village to launch boats for a relaxed tour of the river. The village of Tabulam has a pub, newsagency, fuel stop, general store and a cafe.

Driving Times From:

• Sydney - 8-10 hrs (approx 900km)
• Brisbane - 2½ hrs (approx 300km)

Canoeing the Clarence River

Visitors can book for a minimum of 4 people for a half day trip down the river for $50 per person.

This includes pick up and return to Chauvel Park + refreshments.

Bookings must be made when visitors book into Chauvel Park B&B for their stay with us. 

A deposit will be required for the river trip.
